All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Except Black Friday vouchers which are available between (27th November until 2nd December) these cannot be used over the festive period 23rd Dec 2018 - 1st Jan 2020 and are only valid until 31st March 2020.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Court Colman Manor payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
